Seller Response: We emailed this customer this morning (29th May) to check that they had received their order as we expected. As soon as we found out that they had not we opened an investigation with Royal Mail to find out what happened and most importantly shipped a replacement copy to the customer which they will receive within the next 48 hours. We have of course contacted the customer to apologise and let them know what we have done. We are really sorry that this happened but when something goes wrong we will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. 29/05/13
