We are extremely sorry that this has not been delivered. We have already shipped a replacement via courier which should be delivered tomorrow or at latest Friday. In addition we have contacted the customer to apologise and let them know what we are doing. We have also opened an official investigation with Royal Mail regarding this. If you have not received your order when we email to check on delivery please reply and let us know - otherwise we will not be aware there is a problem. Once again our sincerest apologies and we will ensure that this customer receives their DVD as fast as possible.

We emailed this customer this morning (29th May) to check that they had received their order as we expected. As soon as we found out that they had not we opened an investigation with Royal Mail to find out what happened and most importantly shipped a replacement copy to the customer which they will receive within the next 48 hours. We have of course contacted the customer to apologise and let them know what we have done. We are really sorry that this happened but when something goes wrong we will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
