"I can't believe this book is new. Some of the first pages have been teared, when they have been stuck into each other (with something sticky food), and then they have been separated. Only on two pages and I don't mind - but I bought the book as "new""

Seller Response: If you think this book is sticky with food, why haven't you contacted us in the first instance to express your dissatisfaction? Feedback is only supposed to be used for complaint when the customer has contacted the seller and failed to reach a satisfactory outcome - we cannot do anything to resolve an issue if we have not been afforded that courtesy. All of our books ARE new and would never come into contact with food and so I suggest that the sticky substance is more than likely adhesive used in the book's manufacture.This does happen sometimes and is a far more realistic reason for there being a couple of of pages stuck together. 21/04/13

Seller Response: Your order was posted on 6th March to the address given in your order - a café in Denmark, attention of yourself. You have not contacted us direct re non-arrival and so I think it is unfair of you to leave negative feedback when you have not given us the opportunity to resolve the issue, eg, by sending a replacement copy. I have checked our returns and it has not been sent back here and so I suggest that you try checking your local post depot in Denmark as it may be awaiting collection there. 19/04/13
