"18 days after despatch we still don't have the item very unhelpful and now have to wait another 4 days until we meet the official "lost item" time scale before they will consider a refund or replacement!! Will NOT be using again expected better!! "

Seller Response: Unfortunately items do get lost from time to time. We ask that customers wait until the courier (in this case - Royal Mail) classes the item lost and we will of course issue a refund/replacement. 14/02/13
