Seller Response: I am sorry your item was damaged by Royal Mail but the package was perfectly ok in a bubble wrap envelope. I have sent over 10,000 packages out in the years I have been Suppling internet customers on this and other sites. Very few are damaged. Claims can be made from Royal Mail if you had contacted me before I could have sorted it for you. 22/12/09

"The condition of this box set was absolutely disgraceful. The box is battered, the dvds are scratched and the price was ridiculously high for a second hand dvd. I will be requesting a refund and will not be dealing with this trader again. "
