How long took the game to arrive to your address.
After you open the sealed plastic cover and place the game in your xbox, could you play the game?

What do you mean ok but wasn't new? or Is ok or is not ok, it can't be both at the same time. Ofcourse is not new now that you open the plastic cover and the microsoft security seal and I always take a video of the games I have sold to prove my point...

Many thanks! Now I only sell games to British people, because the main land Europe customers especially the Greeks, as you can see from the last and only two feedback I have from them, are very dishonest. They copy the game to their hdd and then try to make any excuse to return it...God bless the British people for their honesty
