Seller Response: Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear you have received the wrong colour and more importantly that you have had no response from ourselves. Could you advise how you contacted us as a search on your email address show's no prior communications? However I am more than happy to reslove this issue for you by sending via email a freepost returns label so the item can be packaged and returned to ourselves via Royal Mail. Please ensure it is packaged against any damage that may occur during transit and be sure to obtain a receipt from the Post Office. If you could contact me directly on orders@morefromgroup.co.uk to advise if you would like a refund or replacement and also a contact number for yourself that would be much appreciated.
