"AVOID THIS SELLER. Appalling service - order placed 18/11/11, did not receive until 14/12/11. Gave conflicting accounts in various emails - dishonest. Will not use again and will use Amazon not Play.com in future - far better when things go wrong!"

Seller Response: Very unfair and harsh feedback. There was an error with our order processing system and we did not receive the order. This was not picked up until 8 December when our customer enquired about the order. The order was then shipped immediately. There was absolutely no dishonesty on our part. Obviously, we are extremely sorry for the delay and inconvenience that was caused. 18/12/11
