"The book I ordered as 'NEW' is clearly second hand - it has a cover from over 10 years ago, has obviously been read with spine damage, and even has 99p written inside the cover - which is outrageous as it cost me £5.30. i have asked for a refund."

"One half of the book was struggling to stay together and several of the pages were ripped. The condition was described as "used - average" but it is clear that this book is damaged and the seller is not a trust worthy source to buy products from."

Seller Response: When this book left me it was better than average but it was intact and in a library jacket. Calling me 'untrustworthy' was over the top considering that I have had a 100% for over a year now . I will refund and I will also have the book back with it's packaging ,,if you could hang onto this. I will make arrangements for someone to call to collect.
