"Product was not as described. It was meant to be 'Brand New' but was clearly used, dirty and damaged! Now a week on and having made two attempts of contacting for replacement - am yet to have a response. "

Seller Response: We certainly do not send used products and have simply taken the customers word for it that it looks used so have contacted her to say that we will arrange to send another one for her. We did not even ask for the "used" one back! 29/01/12

"TERRIBLE do not buy from this seller, i received the product around a week later and they only gave me two spinlock collars when they advertised four so i can only use one of the dumbells, what a waste of money, didnt even reply to my email "
