Seller Response: hello iam really sorry i know you e-mailed me but our computer system went down and i lost all my incoming and out going e-mails also some files we did send your dvd but to the wrong address it was sent to 50 hill crest road and not 56 hill crest road. the reason for this was we sold our new copy and purchased one from another buyer for you and we stupidly put down the wrong address. i know you must be holding your head in your hands and thinking what are we like but with our system down for about a week it was total confusion. iam sorry i will now issue a full refund. maybe if you called at number 50 hill creast road they will have it but i will still issue a refund and take the loss for our mistake. once again really sorry. regards joe at kewmedia 13/04/12
