"Never received item now having to wait another 30days for my refund a complete JOKE i ordeded on 22/11/09 today is 4/12/09 no item still out of pocket"

Seller Response: Item was sent with proof of posting on 23/11, but buyer expects a refund before the item can even classed be as missing by Royal Mail. There is every chance it will still turn up. Even when purchasing directly from Play.com their FAQ states 'Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item'. So is it so unreasonable to have to wait 21 days to give the item a chance to arrive, or then offer a refund once it can be classed as missing? 04/12/09
