Posted DVD on the 16th September by first class post and did not receive any communication from the customer until 29th September when he emailed me directly. Replied to that email with the information given above. Received another email from customer dated 6th October, calling me a thief and a fraudster. I refunded his money immediately and have made a claim with the Royal Mail about the missing parcel. I have also forwarded copies of:
i) the signed posting receipt,
ii) the original packing slip,
iii) a copy of the email I sent on the 29th September and
iv) a confirmation of the refund given via the post to the customer to prove that I had no intention of defrauding him.
Would like to know why I did not receive either of the two initial enquiries about the non-delivery of this item from play.com.
