"This is an unlucky seller looking at his feedback history, mine like other parcels were lost in the post. Seller could not provide a tracking number or advise who the courier was- was it even sent? Who knows... This being said it was quickly refunded"

Seller Response: People only leave feedback on play if they have a problem, we have sold 1000's of items and only receive limited feedback like most sellers on here. Most people only leave feedback if they have an issue and not when their package arrives safe and sound as 99% of ours do. Your money was refunded as soon as we were advised your item did not arrive, however we have proof of postage and offered to send a copy to you. So we are not unlucky, just a normal honest seller on Play.com 22/11/12
