INNER MUSCLE is the result of extensive research by the ASICS Institute of Sports Science. The unique technology allows the inner muscle of the body to be worked at optimum capacity supporting your efforts to achieve the ideal body through the wearing of technologically advanced clothings.

The garment construction helps to train the muscles groups not significantly worked during normal exercise thereby allowing athletic movement and posture to be improved. The support and training mechanism of the inner muscle training top covers the whole width of the upper back. It stabilizes the shoulder joint around the upper arm and scapula more smoothly and with less energy.This allows the arms to be lifted higher and with more control.
