Using hand rotation, spin the internal gyro and challenge yourself and others to achieve the highest revolution per minute. Pull the red cord to spin the gyroscope inside the ball. Rotating the ball in your hands increases the rotation of the gyroscope. The digital counter measures the speed of the gyroscope and displays the number of revolutions per minute (RPM). Good training for golfers and racket sport enthusiasts, but mostly this is for gadget lovers.

  • Gyroscopic exercise ball with built in rev counter
  • 2 x LR41 1.5V batteries included

 Brilliant fun

I was bought this as an unexpected Xmas present, and it's brill! Took me a few tries to get it spinning at first, but once it's going, it's going! You have to concentrate on your coordination if you want to get the highest RPM and it really works, making your wrists stronger and more coordinated. Not only does it increase strength, but it's also a lot of fun trying to out do one-another!
