I personally think this ab belt is really good, especially for the price. This is the second one I've bought from Play.com, I don't know why I bought a Second as the First belt I bought is still working fine. I do Boxing training and Running so i'm in quite good shape and use this belt to keep my abs strong and toned. I wouldn't recommend the Belt to anyone wanting to Burn fat or get rid of Love handles...Do a lot of Cardio, eat well, Sleep well and then use the belt to see great results :)
Alot of people buy this expecting it to magicly create abs, the truth is if ur getting this to get rid of alittle bit of fat, don't buy it.. it's for people who have already got there weight down and diet right. If you already have a flatish stumach and want to get some abs, or u already have a bit of a 6 pac, this will drematically improve them. You do have to get used to it, at first like level 3 AND 4 feel a lil mental really "vibrating" ur abs, but after like 10mins, i was able to put it up to like 5 or 6 and was getting good contractions without doing anything, my abs felt worked.. i'm sure they will be hurting tomorow morning, i will use every evening. so yes this thing does work, you only get a small tube of gel, don't no what ill use after. you get 2 batteries, only one required so a spare one,. for £5 it's really good, i suppose time will be the real test, but just for now i think it's very good.
Turn this bad boy up and its gonna hurt. But lets face it, if it hurts it probably works and besides, its a good laugh to strap it on an unwilling mate and let them feel the pain. 3.99, BARGAIN
i got this parcel today and have used it, it's great as you can really feel it working your muscels!! and another bonus is you can watch tv while doing it haha
the only reason why i gave it a four is because the instruction aren't clear enough, but i'm sure in time it will be fine!
Its a great thing to buy, mine came in 4 days and worked straight out of the box. I use it every day and ive never looked better. If you dont have one now you should definately buy one.
