There appears to be a fault with the design or something missing from the box. When i tried to use the situp bar, the bolt cog used to secure the foopads to the door bar is too small and doesnt fit through the bar to connect it to the other bar, therefore, there is no way of connecting the two to eachother and the item is unuseable. There is also no information about returning the item.
