Floor Exercises:

1. Push-ups: Place the door gym up on the floor with the arch upisolating and exercising the muscles within the middle of your back that help build size fitness and strength while conditioning the primary muscles responsible for keeping the spine erect for better all-day posture. Nothing on the market offers this variety of hand positions for a more thorough back workout that's never boring. If you think that's why the Door Gym has been called the "hottest product in years", there's much more to appreciate. You can also do deep push-ups with the Door Gym by placing it on the floor giving exercise to most area's of the body from your legs, abs shoulders and arms all in all giving you a complete fitness workout.

2. Sit-ups: Place the door gym at the base of a door opening to creat an anchor for your feet. When doing the sit-ups, the foam tips will rest against the face of the foor opening allowing for anchoring of the feet and continued repetitions. This is great for toning your abs shoulders and back.

Safety Lock: The door gym features built-in safety locks which prevent the unit from dislodging or loosening unexpectedly. I bought this with the thinking that for a first piece of exercise equip, its fairly priced and if i gave up on getting fit i wouldnt lose much money haha
but this is a really good product for the price, less then 5 mins to assemble, very well supported as well for the door frame. one thing the description misses out is that there is a safety clip that you slide into the door mould between the door frame and the wall, but its just an optional feature to use for extra safety, but there is minimal markage, and its above the door so unless you're exceptionally tall, you can't see it !
all in all, good stuff for the price, and expecially for beginners. Hand pads are great at keeping your hands from getting sore as well.
Buy it!!!

Agree with previous review. I bought the bar about a month ago and haven't made a review until now because i wanted to see if it worked. Already I am seeing noticeable results, even in my abs! For the low price theres really no way you can go wrong.

After reading the reviews on this item, I decided to give it a try. I have to say that this is great piece of equipment. It takes less than 5 mins to assemble, and all the nuts, bolts, and spanner is included in the package. It doesn't mark to door frame, and can be removed in a matter of seconds. I'd recommend it to anyone. It's a steal at it's current price. Fire it up!
