This is easy to pump up using the supplied pump (though does not seem very hi tech at first!). It's a comfy swiss ball and is good quality for the price. It is less elastic and bouncy than more expensive swiss balls that you might use in a well supplied pilates class but still great value for money. Useful in pregnancy.
