I bought this several months ago and find it really easy and above all comfortable to use. Leave it by the settee, use it while watching TV, it's amazing how much you can do with it for toning arm and leg muscles whilst being a couch potato.
It's good quality, lasts well, not too tough to put off a beginner but not too soft to be ineffective. Really good buy for the price.
