Couln't wait for these to arrive but when they did the idea i had was to do simple push up rotations to strentghen wrists , but the rotation is not smooth at all and its not due to the fact that your not strong enough , they creek under pressure , great idea though, hope they make way for better thought and quality cheers
these looked really good then they come through the post and worked really well, they were what i expected and also cheap. They could have a better build quality but do give a good work out.
