You wouldn't think that such a simple item could give you a full body workout but it does plus the door attachment lets you do much more than just stepping on it and lifting your arms up, the only bad thing I have to say is that it's chunky so stepping on it can feel uncomfortable or make you unbalanced.
p.s "Extra Strong" means EXTRA STRONG!! in my oppinion this is not for beginners.
