Powerball Original 250Hz Blue

I received this power ball yesterday and after getting the technique sorted found it very addictive.

I was a little skeptical at first but after using it for a while could definitely feel the muscles in my forearm working. I now use it while watching tv which sometimes annoys others as it can get get quite loud when you spin it at a quicker speeds.

The only thing which i regret is not buying the pro version for £5 more as this has the Rpm counter which would be useful to see progress.

I would definitely recommend a power ball to anyone but i advise buying the pro version unless your not too bothered about how fast you can spin it...

I particularly love the review below giving it 1*. If you need to spend more than 30 seconds to get it to spin fast and smooth you've got the worst co-ordination in the world. Beginners need to spin the gyro inside with the string provided - which will NOT break if you do it right, you don't need to even spin it hard but it's easier than using your finger. Then all you need to do is twist your wrist slowly in a 6" circle. That's all you need to do to get it spinning. Then match the revolutions of the gyro with a smooth wrist movement and you're away!! Start slow and practice fast, small circle movements to build up the resistance. This Powerball is fantastic, the faster you go the harder it is to spin - I thought it wasn't doing much until I stopped and then had trouble lifting a cup of tea!! It's great for muscle building, injury physiotherapy and dexterity and grip - you won't be dissapointed!!

Please note - this basic model does NOT come with the LCD monitor which measures your speed, RPM etc. You might not think you'd want it but after you get it spinning all you'll want to know is how fast it's going!!! Go for the slightly more expensive Neon or Pro model which includes the LCD counter.

great fun didnt look into it attall though was hoping to get the one with the little counter but didnt bother looking into it and baught the cheapest one just for a play thing thinking it would have the counter but doesnt AAANYWAY it is a really great work out got it yesterday played with it yesterday woke up today with aching forearm but also bulging im like popeye without the spinache great buy if u wanna kno progress spend a lil more and get the one with the counter if u just wanna work out great way to do it and worth the money

A friend gave me this exact same powerball as a gift, i have used it every single day for about 2 months and the results are incredible. My forearms, sholders, biceps and triceps have toned and grown solid and they are continuing to grow.

At first i thought i could only do your forearms which makes sense of the wrist rotation, only found out a few days ago that this powerball can exercise more than just your forearms, it can also do the pecks which is what i am going to use it for most of the time.

The string that comes with it isn't really needed after about a day or two of use when you can learn to start it with your thumb or knee but learning to do that gave me a blister lol.

I will probably buy another one for ambidextrous use or a different model when this one gets old, the only bad thing about it is the noise can be annoying to some people when you get it in the fast speeds but i use it alone for that reason and its worth it for the muscle gain from it.

This product is excellent for someone who wants to build muscle in most of their upper body and arms, also people who play any sports to increase strenghth.

The powerball is amazing! i dont know how it works but u feel all of ur arm muscles gettin a good work out! you wont need a gym membership just buy this!
