Purchased about half a year and used just about every day, these hand grips still appear new with no notable signs of wear or use. Apart from the noise produced when using there really are no problems. Great starting point, cheap and easy to use. Would Highly reccomend!

You do get two of these (I was concerned I'd only get one) and for someone like me who has never used them they are a tough workout. I can really feel the strain. The grips feel nice and aren't too abrasive, and they don't feel like they will break anytime soon. a fantastic product for the knock-down price.
If you are relativly new to arm exercise or dont really work your forearm. Then these are the handgrips for you. Slightly weaker than expected but are a great start off point. And for two of them its a great price! :)
As soon as i got these i wanted to try them, I thought it was a great way to strenghten my hand and arm,
These were a little to easy for me, Couldnt see a tag saying the strength of them?
But anyhoo, I give it 3, As there not actually that bad, pretty easy but all exercise :) thanx!
