The 66fit - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver) is a 250kg burst resistant gym ball and comes complete with a DVD, Fast Inflation Pump and plug removing tool. ; Please note the height guidelines shown are only suggested recommendations. Some therapists, trainers and midwifes may suggest that you use an alternative size. Gym balls are also often referred to as a Swiss ball, and is also known by a number of different names, including balance ball, birth ball, body ball, fitness ball, gymnastic ball, physio ball, pilates ball, Pilates ball and stability ball. ; 66fit Gym Balls are most often used in physical therapy, athletic training, general exercise and improving core stability. Please note - that when ordering, you order the correct size gym ball, as any ball that has been opened or inflated cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is due to the fact that we cannot ensure the safety of any ball that has been returned to us. What size do I require? ;
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the gym ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows: 5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Ball ;
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Ball ;
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Ball ;
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Ball. Packed Weight: 2.0kg
