the packaging makes you think "wow this stuff looks great", its very middle of the road for the price, holland and barrets own brand fat burners are better value, if you want serious fat loss then "animal cuts" is the best on the market.
Dont think that if you take these and eat healthy youll lose loads of weight, theyre not miracle pills, any kind of pill like this (thermogenics) need to be used alongside a healthy diet AND intense cardio.
running for 40 minutes on a treadmill isnt intense cardio, google "high intensity interval training", comine thermogenics with intense cardio and plenty of water and youll be in the best shape of your life by summer :)
