I received the product the next day after ordering, which was great (the product has to be signed for, so make sure you are home/have a neighbour to take it). Tastes great with water and even better with milk (I have used with milk in the evening for slower releasing protein while I sleep). Haven't used it long enough to notice anything, but I have used other similar products and this one tastes the best and mixes without any clumps. Great price too for something as renowned as Promax, I'll definitely be back again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is due to the fact I have been using it for just 4 days and can't judge it's results, I will alter the rating when I know more!
