Nutrisport 90+ Protein 908g (Chocolate)

I use this protein all the time, its cheap, great Protein and low carb !
If you know much then you shouldnt be picky and buying the best brand stuff, throw some water or milk in shake and throw it down your neck !

This is good value for money and has a very high protein content.

Actually tastes pretty nice when mixed with milk (almost as nice as actual chocolate milkshake).

When mixed with water (look at other review) is tastes pretty bad and is, for some reason, less soluble. So you end up with a fairly lumpy, not too nice. But it's not so bad that you can't just down it..

One thing to remember when buying protein is that although the expensive stuff contains less protein per scoop, it also contains nutrients that help you body absorb and process the protein. This is cheap because it doesn't. But it helps make up for it by having 89.5% protein content - which will help.

It is fantastic value for money that you can only match with lots of boiled value eggs.

The formula does appear to change every so often and some batches are much easier to mix than others. It appears to blend better with milk than water for whatever reason, but if your concious of the carb and fat content of milk, skimmed milk is the best of both worlds.

In the end, if you're working out on a budget, get this. You can't go wrong. Or even if you're just looking to make your Met-Rx last for its money, take a scoop of each.

Nutrisport seem to tinker with the make up of their protein powders quite a lot. I've had quite a few tubs of 90+ over the years and they vary massively in terms of taste and texture. For me the current blend tastes poor - chalky with a weak but overly sweet flavouring. Not good.

However, the whole point of these powders is obiously the protein content - which is high, and the price - which is great. So get it, hold your nose and chug it down!!!

Good protein for the price with high protein content per serving. However, questionable amino acid profile. The taste is absolutely foul, I mean almost undrinkable. I'm at the bottom of my first tub and I still have to hold my nose and glug it just to avoid heaving. For an extra couple of quid you can get better protein, but if you can handle the taste this is a pretty decent budget product.
