Introducing Powerball - one of the most unique and dynamic products available today - 8 world records and counting!

Powerball is a dynamic and completely revolutionary new gyroscope that literally explodes with mind numbing torque and inertia once you activate its internal rotor.

It's about the same size as a tennis ball and weighs just a little more, but take a Powerball in your hand, set that rotor in motion with the cord provided (or use your finger when you get used to it) and you'll experience an extraordinary sensation: Powerball slowly comes alive with gyroscopic force - a sublime yet pleasant resistance to your movement which is transmitted directly into your wrist and arms and which provides soothing, non-impact rehabilitation at these lower speeds.

You want more?

Take it higher...much higher!

Bring your new Powerball up...up to 10,000rpm...the forces are now much stronger, much more vibrant. Higher! Take it to 12,000rpm...no, higher still...take it right up, thrashing and jerking as your arm and wrist try to control and calm it down, faster and faster it spins until you have it up to an unbelievable 15,000rpm at which point it's exerting almost 40lbs of pressure on your limbs and is travelling at nearly 250 revolutions per second - no batteries, no motor, just pure gyroscopic power - the fastest human propelled device ever created!
  • Unconditional Powerball Lifetime Warranty
  • Includes LCD readout displaying RPM
  • The highest quality Original Powerball Neon Red
  • Suitable for 14 years and older

Fantastic product.

I purchased the red neon powerball as it's £2 cheaper than the other neon balls, not that looks matter. Its what it does that makes it awesome.

Great for relaxing, exercising etc. you won't want to put it down, even when it feels like your arms are going to fall off!

If your thinking about buying one, stop thinking and just buy it :D

I wouldn't bother with any of the accessories that you can purchase separately. For example the auto starter....complete waste of money, the powerball is all you need.

Great fun, good exercise and a great piece of engineering.

What is so great about a powerball? Some people think there great whilst others don't. Well I was always curious as to what they did, then a friend of mine got one and I was amazed. Amazed that something so small could provide such power and give your arms such a work out without going to the gym.

What does it do? It helps builds strength in wrist, arm and fingers so if you are a musician for example it will improve stamina for using the guitar. If you have arthritis it won't cure it (far from it) but it does help as part of your exercises which is why I have just bought one for my mum. But one very good reason for buying it is it is a lot of fun. Sure the novelty will probably ware off after a while, but while it doesn't trying to get the highest score, especially if your friends have a go can be a good laugh. My friends and I were having a go whilst watching the football and it was hilarious (the facial expressions are worth it alone).

If you want to you can always see if you can make it onto the top 100 powerball scores or, if you feel like a real challenge, go for the world record which at the moment stands at 16,500(ish) revs per minute. The first time I tried I got to about 10,000 and thought my arm was going to fall off.

It is also a great piece of engineering as it doesn't use batteries or anything just centre fugal forces to move. They are also well made have a nice design especially when they light up, even though as one other reviewer mentioned, it does sometimes hurt my little finger as I'm gripping on to tight you may have to alter your grip slightly so that it suits you.

However the best thing about this is the fact that it is very good exercise and yet it is so simple. It may take you a while to get used to how to use it but there are full instructions with it and once you do you won't be able to put it down. The best thing is that you can use it whilst watching the TV or listening to music and this is what I use it for mostly. That way you aren't consciously exercising but still giving your arms a good work out.

So if you need to build up your stamina for typing, musical instruments or as part of a recuperation regime, then this will fit the bill. If your just curious buy it anyway, it's great fun.

When I first saw these on a web site I didnt think much of them until a colleague brought one into work. I watched people try it and it looked good fun. It took a while to get the rhythm in the wrist but we were soon all challenging for scores.

I was having so much fun with this gadget I decided to buy the Red one for myself, everyone seems to buy the blue or green one. After a month using the powerball I find my score increasing and the strength in my hand, wrists and arms.

Its good fun and can easily be passed between hands to work out both your left and right arms. I find it good stress reliever and great for people with RSI. If you work on computers its good for your wrists and helps limit RSI.

Pros:
Good fun competing for scores.
Different nformation on LED screen.
Doesnt need batteries.
Great for strengthening hands, wrists and arms.
Lights which activate the faster you go.

Cons:
When dropped its not as smooth.
String to start the ball rolling sometimes gets stuck when you give it an over enthusiastic pull.
Hard to grip at times especially when hands are sweaty/

more than just an exercise machine!

this is a very good exercise ball but like glowsticks at a club, the powerball looks good. If i bought a powerball it would be one with flashing lights, they tell u how fast your going and they provide an interesting lightshow if four people had one in each hand in one room!! try the powerball its very fun and also a good stress releaver. also if youve broken an arm and need to regain your strength in it, somtimes weights can be very painfull on the recent repared arm. the powerball operates with alot of torque at low speeds and buckets of power at high speeds. also if you play sports with alot of arm action, or if you play an intrument with alot of arm action or the drums. The powerball can help you, not expensive either for what your getting! ingnore anyone who say that these are bad! their brilliant!

 Highly Addictive!

I bought the Powerball mainly to use as an arm muscle builder and also for my wrists and fingers as I am a heavy PC user/gamer and this product claims to help people with RSI and CTS. I do not suffer from either of these but with the rate I use the PC I wouldn't be surprised if I eventually do get them. When it arrived I couldn't put it down at all. It definitely has a very addicting "wow factor" about it when you use it for the first time. I don't find this product to be just another dust catcher that the novelty wears off after a week of use. I still pick my Powerball up regularly and try to beat my previous high scores. I might also add that with the high score setting on the LCD readout it is a very competitive game to play once your friends have gotten used to using it. Also I must also finally warn that you should over do it within the first few days of using it, as I suffered muscle pain around my wrists from trying to do too much at once. Pace yourself and get the technique right first.
