I wanted to try working out with kettlebells for some time so this set seemed to be a good way to start. They are easy to grip and the exercises in the enclosed poster (more available for free on the website) made me want to use my new toys immediately.
The only negative thing about this set: a lot of exercises are designed to use two kettlebells of the same weight, so you either pass on those or get a second set (or single kettlebell if you don't need all 3 weights twice). I bought a second set, created my training plans and am quite happy with the results. For me personally, the kettlebell exercises are way more fun than working out with dumbells - and they look good lined up in my kitchen.
