its works fine came fast will worth a fiver im happy with it

have used on upper arms and thighs works well to tone, however the supplied strap is too small for abdomen workouts

opened the box, inserted the batteries and whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
nice shocker ! but since I was not convinced guilty of anything by any court, I'did'nt feel like dying on the electric chair.

do not waste your money too...

Doesnt really do anything, tried it for some time now with additional healthy life and training, but from this machine i feel i have not benefited at all

Unfortunately I now have time to write a review from my hospital bed. I bought this item hoping to build my abs. I put it on full speed and left it on for about 8 days, I thought that would be a sufficient enough time to test my abs strength. I decided to paint my abs red and walk into a field where I knew a bull was grazing. Without fear and a trust in my ab strength, I lifted my shirt in the field and let the bull charge at me. I could see the rage in his eyes as he ran towards me but obviously I had no fear having purchased the ABGymnic Muscle Toning Belt 8 Days earlier.

I am now on the transplant list for a new kidney. So warning to you buyers, this product will not make your abs strong enough to withstand a bulls charge.

I do regular sit ups but suffer from occasional lower back pain. Using this product over just three days has seen a definite tightening of lower abs. Looking forward to seeing what the results are like in a months time but for the moment it looks like exceptional value for money.

i thought this was great for 2 days until the electric charge stopped going through the pads as i'm guessing the contact broke so it just shocked my skin instead of spreading into the muscle

I had ordered another one so i could do two arms/legs together but i'll be sending them both back when that arrives. Absolute junk.

however i have seen that these things work (muscle aching due to the workout) i will have a look at a better quality one.

this belt is absolutely rubbish, does not work. its plastic and thin, it is a waste of money

Not impressed as I couldn't get it working as the battery kept popping out and wasn't touching the metal for it to work. Buy cheap, buy twice as the saying goes. Just pay for a decent belt and then you will see results and have no complications.

Very badly made really poor quality avoid at all costs
