 I can't get enough of hula hooping!

Before I bought this hula hoop I couldn't hula to save my life despite numerous attempts. But forgetting to do sit-ups, I needed something which would be exciting but still tone my stomach muscles. After looking at several hula hoops, I decided on this one, mainly because of the foam padding. It's one of the best buys I've ever made!

After only 4 days of 'trying' to hula, I can now do it continuously for a good minute and I know that after a few more days of practice I will be doing it for minutes on end. It's a really easy hoop to use and thank god for the foam as it does bruise a little, though after only 4 days it's getting easier to keep it up longer so less bruising is occurring.

This hoop is also collapsible so its very easy to store and just as easy to assemble or dissemble. It's well worth the money and much more fun than doing sit-ups. I've also lost 2lbs in just 4 days, I can't wait to see how much I'll lose after a month.
