This product was easy to set up, i had it loaded with videos,music and photos in about 15 minutes. The games download very quickly and i iike the fact that you can choose 3 free apps to get started with as well as all the things that are pre loaded onto it.
My daughter (6) hasn't put it down since she got it and my 8 year old son loves it too.
The only negative thing i can say really is that it should have come with a rechargeable battery and charger. Luckily we already own the vtech v-smile and the adapter that comes with it also works on the innotab.
If your child will be happy to sit in one place whilst playing then i would recommend getting a charger, if they like to be on the move then rechargeable batteries will be a must!
