My daughter was desperate for all the hamsters for her birthday in October. She loved them, and has had great fun playing with them BUT they are very easy to break. One stopped working on the same day we opened it, this was replaced but then a week after that another developed a fault and will make the sounds but not walk. They are good stocking gift but dont expect them to last for very long. It is this years must have for lots of children this year but I suspect there will lots of sad children if/when it breaks!!
Very cute, she runs around the house and amazingly never gets stuck in the corner. Makes a wonderful play pet for anyone who can't have a real hamster.
Bought 2 of these one for each daughter. Both have now broken after the gearing failed. one lasted about a week and the other was luckier lasting about 6 weeks. They still talk but are paralysed. Kids love them and keep playing with them so 5/5, but 1/5 for the mechanics.
