although it is essentially sheets of cardboard and paper sandwiched between two sheets of wood and held together with velcro straps, it works really well and my daughter loves it! great value for money i have also bought several of these as gifts.
Well, I haven't opened the packaging as it is a Christmas present, but I haven't received the 'National History Museum' flower press as pictured... it looks rather cheap and gimicky in comparison. Saying that, a flower press is a flower press and I don't doubt that it will serve it's purpose.
