Dispatched items

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've tried to deliver it, or check with your neighbours to find out whether the package has been left with them.

If the delivery is trackable, you will be able to check the status of your order by clicking Track item in your Order History. To find out more about checking the statuses of dispatched orders, please see below.

You can check the delivery status in your Order History:

1. Click Your Account at the top of any page
2. Login with your email address and password
3. View your Order History
4. Under Actions click View order details
5. Under About this item click Where’s my item or Track item (if available)

Where’s my Free Delivery order?

If you’ve ordered with our Free Delivery option, we expect your order to take 3-5 working days from dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, you can check its status in your Order History:

1. Click Your Account at the top of any page
2. Login with your email address and password
3. View your Order History
4. Under Actions click View order details
5. Under About this item click Where’s my item or Track item (if available)

Please be aware that the postal service can vary by region. If your item has not arrived after 6 working days from the date of posting, please contact us so we can process a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or take any action until the 15 working days have passed.

Where’s my PlayTrade order?

Orders between customers and our third-party sellers do not directly involve Play.com. When you purchase from one of our third-party sellers, they should dispatch the order within two working days.

If you have any questions about a PlayTrade order, we recommend that you contact the seller for further information by visiting your Order History:

1. Click Your Account at the top of any page
2. Login with your email address and password
3. View your Order History
4. Under Actions click Contact Seller
5. Fill in the form and hit Send email

Items not yet dispatched
Estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, the billing details supplied, how quickly we can obtain items for dispatch and your preferred delivery method.

You can find out the status of an order by checking
Your Account . Here is a breakdown of the order statuses and what they mean:

Order taken: the item is in stock
Order placed: the item out of stock
Packing: we are packing your order
Posted: your order has been dispatched
Cancelled: your order has been cancelled
Checking: payment unsuccessful (we will try to take payment again)
Processing: we are verifying your order
Awaiting Stock: stock not currently available
Card Declined: payment unsuccessful (we won’t try to take payment again - please contact your credit/debit card provider)

Please be aware that if you have ordered multiple items with the same delivery option and delivery address, they may be dispatched together or separately.
