Sleep Through the Static

I've heard every single Jack Johnson album and I've got to say that every single one has a sheer depth of music and are written to perfection. Ive heard a preview of this album and the songs that were previewed were excellent and im sure the rest of the album will be the same a must have for fans of Jack Johnson.

Having bought 'Jack Johnson's In Between Dreams' and quite simply fell in love with its relaxing tones I rushed out to buy his previously released material which also lived upto my expectations.

As the previous review says I saw some of the songs from this album off the BBC's interactive menu, and surely enough was impressed yet again.

If your a fan of being relaxed (who isnt?) then you'll most probably love this album. Cant Wait!

there is not one doubt inside me that this album will be amazing... my five star rating isn't a prediction, it's a certainty - after all, all of Jack Johnson's stuff is top quality!!

I am a fan of good old Jack Johnson. Loved his previous album, and when this one surfaced I purchased it straight away and low and behold its good. Its normal Jack, he didn't change or re-invent himself, he simply stuck with what he does best. Now some people would critisize him but I think she is truly talented & atleast u know exactly what your buying. Love tracks: If you had eyes & Alone.

Although there are a couple of good songs is this album its not his best work and I would argue that he wouldn't have become so successful if this was his usual standard.

However, saying this his usual standard is way beyond a lot of other artists.

If you have all his other albums then its an understandable purchase. However, if your not that familiar with Jack Johnson or don't have much of his work then pick up copies of In Between Dreams and Brushfire Faiytales first. They are simply magnificant!
