SHIPPING

We are happy to ship items within Europe and worldwide. In most cases we use Royal Mail Airmail for orders being shipped abroad. If you are placing your order from outside the EU, please note that there are Royal Mail Airmail size and weight restrictions that are beyond our control. If the item you have purchased is larger or heavier than the restrictions allow, we will issue a full refund, cancel the order for you and advise you by email that this has taken place. The weight restrictions apply to items weighing over 2kg.

We offer three shipping options for UK delivery:-

Standard Delivery (Free) - Can take 2-4 working days. 

1st Class delivery (£2.99) - Can take 2-3 working days. 

Express Delivery (£5.99) - Next working day on all orders placed Mon-Fri before midday. 

Returns & refunds

We are continually updating and improving our products so we will endeavour to send the latest version of the product.

Some products do have a variation in colour and design and are sent out as a random selection.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly
damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please
contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to provide a replacement as
soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

How to Return a Product

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return.
