Our Customer Service team are on hand, online, every weekday (excluding bank holidays) from 9.30am to 3.15pm and on Saturday mornings between 10am and 12pm. Any correspondence received within these office hours will be responded to on the same day and any e-mail received outside of these time frames will be responded to, without fail, on the next working day.

Should you need help outside of these hours please read the notes below for advice on how you may be able to help yourself in the meantime:

If you are having installation/gameplay problems  with your new game and would like immediate info and advice please visit the support pages of the game's publishers' web-site (generally found on the back of the box). Here you will find FAQ's and links to forums where you may be able to find the answer to your problem.

Most problems are as a result of compatibility issues rather than a faulty disk. Please check the following against the recommended spec on the back of the box before you contact us;

  • Is your graphics card compatible with the game and are the drivers for it up to date?

  • Is your operating system compatible? Perhaps you need to try the game in compatibility mode?

  • Do you have enough memory on your pc to install the game?

    If you are querying a game that hasn't arrived please make sure you have included your order number and address details in your e-mail so that we can access your order and resolve the matter quickly when we return.

    If you are having a problem with a CD key firstly please double check you are entering it correctly (if you enter it incorrectly 3 or more times you may be blocked from the server). If you cannot find the CD Key please check for a sticker inside the box (it may be under the disk itself or on a paper sleeve).  All the CD keys we provide are new and valid and will work if entered correctly when the game is installed.  Any issues arising from invalid keys are usually because there is a problem with the server or with your on-line account and can usually be resolved by you contacting the server host (e.g. Steam) directly.
