If your game is still sealed:
We offer a "no quibble" refund for any games returned to us in a sealed and mint condition. Please contact us at email@example.com should you wish to return an item and we will forward you the details.
N.B. We do not compensate for return postage costs unless we are deemed to be at fault.
If your game has been opened or played:
We do like to ascertain all the facts first so if you haven't already done so, you will need to contact us first by e-mail, via your Play.com account order history and refunds will be authorised on a case by case basis.
