A1 Toys are one of the largest toy retailers in the country. We have three main branches located in Glasgow City Center, Braehead Shopping Center, and Silverburn Shopping Center, along with our sister store, Static Games, which tries to maintain a complete range of specilised and family gaming products to handle all your gaming needs. We cater to a variety of toy and collectible interests.
The stores are a hub of events with in-store Official WWE signing events, Wrestling Legend Signings, toy pre-release events, and in-store product demonstrations. All of which are announced on our blog.
Our aim is to give the best service and offer the widest ranges. Our stores are bright and modern with helpful and knowledgeable staff, and we have one of the largest stock ranges available. We try to keep as much current and available toy, comic book, and gaming merchandise in stock as possible and when an item is not in-stock we will endeavor to source items and will try and fulfill our customers needs.
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, However we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedures below.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 141 552 6692 any time between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please have the order confirmation number and date the order was placed to hand. They will be happy to cancel the existing order and create a new order for you. If the goods have not been dispatched you will not have been charged but we will need to take your payment details again as we do not store these.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns & Exchange Procedure below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. We regret that, due to hygiene reasons, undergarments (pants, boxers and socks) are non-returnable, except when the item is faulty or if the incorrect item has been delivered. ***
Goods should be returned to the place of purchase:
A1Toys Purchases: Please return to any A1toys store within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange, with receipt.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.
Online Returns and Exchanges by Post
1. Return goods in a fully resalable condition within 28 days. These 28 days begin from the day your order has been shipped
Returns should be made to A1Toys 31-35 Parnie Street, Glasgow, G15RJ
2. The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The original packaging and swing tickets must remain intact; swimwear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.
3. Please Contact email@example.com to obtain a returns form, and include this in your return delivery. We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.
We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please Note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores. To keep our delivery costs to a minimum all returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers cost. There is no need to contact us prior to returning your goods. If you request an exchange for your item we will credit your card for the returned item and then place a new order for the exchange item, for which we will need your card details. There is no delivery charge for your exchange item.

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. ***
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
