All our items are sent within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. If you order before 2pm we will ensure same day dispatch. We send all items via Royal Mail 1st Class unless stated otherwise.


If you change your mind regarding your purchase you may return it to us unopened, at your own expense within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less our shipping costs. Unfortunately we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged when returning them to us and would therefore recommend using a recorded delivery service. 

In the unlikely event that your item goes missing or is damaged in transit you can request a full refund. We are able to process your claim for lost items after the following time frames have elapsed from the date of dispatch:

UK Customers: 15 Working Days
EU Customers: 28 Working Days
Rest of World: 40 Working Days

We understand the frustation that a lost or delayed item can cause but unfortunately we have to adhere to the rules set by the Royal Mail. Once the above time frames have passed we will refund your payment in full.
