When you buy from AMPM Direct we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products, and also tells you how to do so. 

If you need to contact our Customer Service Team, you can call them on 0844 567 2676.

If you change your mind, we offer a refund for most products within certain time periods (please see the table below). Please note that certain products can only be returned if they are faulty.

If you would like to return a product because you have changed your mind, please let Customer Services know within the cancellation period specified above so we can arrange your refund. You can contact Customer Services on 0844 567 2676 or through Rakuten Mail.

Please be advised that any extra services you have added to your order(s) such as gift wrap, special packaging or other personalised options cannot be refunded unless you??re returning them due to an error on our part (or it is defective).

Please package the product securely and return the product to us (see `How to return a product?? below for how you can do this). We ask that you look after the product whilst it??s in your possession and that when you return the product to us, wherever possible you also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

If any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact Customer Services on 0844 567 2676 as soon as is practically possible. If you can then please examine the goods at the point of delivery, if the item is broken or damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and call Customer Services to advise them of this fact.

You are entitled to either a full refund including delivery charges or a replacement item at no cost to yourself.

Please print out a returns form and fill in the fields as necessary and include with your item(s). Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the packaging, and provide a `sender?? address in case of non delivery.

There are two ways to return a product to us:

Postal Return ?? Please package the product securely and take to a Post Office Counter. You will need to ensure you obtain proof of posting.

If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, we will pay the cost of your return. If your return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of the return (this includes the cost of AMPM Direct arranging for collection of products where you have requested this).
