Where do you deliver to?

Delivery can be to any location within the UK. Some larger products may incur extra charges if you are not located within Mainland UK.

How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail or Interlink Depending on the size of the item and shipping method selected.

When will my order be delivered?

Standard Delivery takes on average to 3-5 working days after we receive the order, If on the rare occasion your order does not arrive after 7 working days, please email our customer services team at sales@afterhours.co.uk

Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer?

Yes, there are certain areas, such as Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland where delivery may take up to 14 days.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)?

Yes, we offer a delivery service to all BFPO addresses. For weight limitations and mail prohibitions please visit the BFPO website.


What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

Royal Mail - if the parcel will not fit through the letter box then they will leave a collection card.

Interlink - They will email or text you depdnding on selected method. You will then be able to rearrange a delivery or collect from your local depot. not heard from Interlink? Please call us on 01462 85790

What do I do if the product I ordered arrived damaged?

Please email sales@afterhours.co.uk and explain that your order was damaged (within 3 working days). The customer services team will provide you with a freepost address for you to return the item to our warehouse. They will also be happy to provide a free replacement. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will refund your order.

What do I do if the wrong product has been delivered?

If you receive the incorrect item please inform our customer services team at  sales@afterhours.co.uk. They will provide you with a freepost returns address and provide a free replacement of the correct product. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will refund your order

What do the additonal Delivery Charges mean?

1st Class Postage - 50p : This will upgrade your item to 1st class, this will usually mean your item is delivered within 1-2 days after confirmation  of shipping. Please note- 1st Class does not always come with a tracking number. 

Next Business Day - £5.99 - This will upgrade your postage to next business day. You will receive an email on the day of delivery to confirm an time slot for our driver to deliver the parcel. Should you not be home you can rearrange a day to suit you via the online tracking number.
