3. What is your Refunds policy?

PlayTrade is charging you when you place an order. When you are entitled to a refund, we will initiate a refund through PlayTrade and they will credit you. This can take between 1-3 business days.

4. How and when can you contact you?

Please contact us via email play@sdcd.com. We are here to help you 5 days a week from 8 am to 4 pm (PST) (excluding US holidays)

5. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

First of all, your order ships from the USA, from our warehouse in California to be exact. Generally orders from the US to the UK take between 7 - 14 business days, but we have seen delays up to 30 days. Once we induce your order into the postal system, we have no access to it anymore.

6. Can HMRC inspect my order?

Yes, HMRC or any other Customs authority of your country can inspect your order, as you are an imported. Please make youself familiar with rules and regulations of our country.

7. Are you a professional seller?

9. I need this item urgently, can you expedite the shipping process?

No, unfortunately we cannot expedite your order. If you need it urgently we would advise you to order from one of our British Competitors.

Unfortunately international order tracking is not a service we offer at this point of time.
