Delivery and Ownership

All deliveries will be made from our warehouse unless we specify otherwise.  We aim to despatch all our orders within 2  working days once we receive them.  If at any time we cannot despatch a product due a product you have selected being out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of a new estimated delivery time.

We are responsible for the products until they reach you, after this you are responsible.

We value your custom and feedback.  If there is something you are not happy with regarding a product, please contact us to discuss.



Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You have certain rights under the law. These include:

  • that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on the website;
  • certain remedies if a product is defective; and
  • a right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see "Return of Non-Faulty Goods" below).


Return of Non-Faulty Goods

Should you wish to return a non faulty product to us, it is important you:

  • you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the seventh working day after the day on which you received your product;
  • you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return ?? the product should not be received back damaged to us and should not be open or used.
  • you may write to us via email.
  • you will be responsible for any costs incurred by posting the product back to us, unless you received the product damaged.


When packaging the product, it is important you package it with care to ensure the product returns to us in good condition.

Whenever we receive the notification of cancelling, we will process your full refund, including the original postage costs, no later than 30 days after.

Should we receive the product in a damaged, open or used condition, we will be entitled to claim against you in order to cover for any losses gained by us.


If your purchases are not as expected or have arrived damaged, please email us.

We will give you a returns number and the appropriate returns address to send to.

Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we can only accept items that are unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. All tamper resistant seals, cellophane and packaging must be fully intact and unbroken. Items for return should also be received by us within 21 days of you receiving them. You must also include a returns number and explanatory letter when returning any items.
