Returns Policy

1. How do I return an item?

UK customers - If your item(s) are unsuitable don't worry, we offer a FREE 14 day returns policy.

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Over-sticker your address label with the address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
  3. Add a note inside with the reasons for return. E.g. you could write the product name, and next to it, Unsuitable, small fit etc.
  4. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
  5. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

Please note: If the item(s) are unsuitable, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, not the initial cost of postage for the goods to reach you. We will refund in full only if the item(s) are deemed incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, the items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and a full refund given if the item is deemed not as described or faulty.

Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).

Republic of Ireland - If you would like to make a return, we have set up a return process with An Post that allows you to return unwanted items free of charge by using the postage-paid label provided with your order.

Europe - Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service to our overseas customers. For returns made outside the UK or Republic of Ireland, these must be returned at your own cost.

Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

2. Returns policy on lingerie

Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

3. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will have to return the item(s), and then make a new order through the Boohoo eBay outlet.

4. Any Further Queries

Our office opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm.(Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours (2 Working Days), however most queries will be responded to quicker than this.
