We process & dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day after an order is placed.
ie: Orders placed on Monday will be processed and dispatched by Tuesday evening
orders placed on a Friday will be processed and dispatched by Monday evening.
This excludes Bank Holiday periods where orders may be delayed by a further 24 hours
We use either Royal Mail (for smaller items) or UK Mail Carriers (for
larger items). Tracking numbers are available on request by emailing
customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org
of the products we sell can be returned in their original packaging
within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You are responsible
for the cost of returning the item if you decide the item is not
suitable for your use.
If a product is damaged or faulty on receipt please email us for instructions regarding replacement / return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of a returned item.
Your refund will be made to the funding source originally used to pay
for your order.
