Here at Bargainmax Limited we aim to provide a personal yet professional service with the highest possible standards of service, product and price. If for any reason you have a problem with your order, please email us and we will reply as quickly as possible with a solution to try and get it sorted out for you. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We offer a 14 day change-of-mind returns policy. If you decide you don't want your item within 14 days, we will accept this to be returned to us for a refund providing it is in an unopened, undamaged, original and completely resalable condition, however, we will not be responsible for postage costs.
If you have received an item that is damaged, not as described or different than what has been ordered, please notify us as soon as possible and within a maximum of 28 days of purchase and we will resolve this for you. If we do ask you to return it to us, we will cover the postage costs but only up to the level described in our reply email to you. 
  1. For items that are not as described or different than what has been ordered, if asked to return, we will only refund or replace once received in an unopened, undamaged, original and completely resalable condition. 
  2. For items that are damaged, we will offer either a replacement part or whole item (if available). We may or may not require this to be returned but will advise as necessary when you contact us.
Please note: if asked to return an item, we unfortunately do not have the facility to produce pre-paid postage labels and you will have to post them back to us of your own accord. If we have agreed to refund the return postage (as advised prior to return), we will refund you once the item is received back to us.
We always aim to please and endeavour to help as much as possible but please understand that certain things (such as Royal Mail delivery times) are simply out of our control...
